René leads our IT recruitment services from Düsseldorf, placing professionals across Germany. He and his team focus on permanent mandates for IT specialist and leadership roles. These specialisms include AI and machine learning, cloud, cyber security, IT infrastructure and project management.  

Since beginning his career in 2005, René has developed a deep expertise in these areas making him highly valued by clients and candidates alike. 

Before joining Keller West, René worked as a Manager for a specialist recruitment agency where he honed his skills in recruiting and placing IT experts and executives. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence have established him as a trusted partner in IT recruitment, successfully connecting top-tier professionals with leading organisations.
